Our customer liaison manager will welcome the client on arrival, schedule in the vehicle and take the client through all stages of the repair, assisting with insurance company requirements and dealing with third parties if required. Throughout the entire process of the repair, the customer liaison manager keeps the client fully informed of the repair progress.
